We have been awarded School of Sanctuary status

Ellergreen Nursery and Childcare Centre are proud to be awarded School of Sanctuary status from Liverpool City of Sanctuary. This is an important award to us, as it recognises the work we do to celebrate all of our wonderful differences and ensure all feel welcome and inclusive.

Schools of Sanctuary is a national network of schools, from nurseries to sixth forms, which commit ‘…to creating a culture of welcome and inclusion for refugees and people seeking asylum.’ Schools of Sanctuary
